- Contest Organizer
The contest is organized by CHANDAN FASHION, CHANDAN HERITAGE, PAM SETIA AND WHAT THE FINANCIAL. - Contest Period
The contest will run from Mar 27, 2025 to May 1, 2025. - Eligibility
- The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives of the Organizer, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
- The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- How to Enter
- To enter, participants must complete the following steps:
- Follow Instagram Chandan Fashion, Chandan Heritage, Pam Setia, and What The Financial
- Like the contest post.
- Tag two friends in the comments of the contest post.
- Share the contest post on your story/page and tag Chandan Fashion, Chandan Heritage, Pam Setia, and What The Financial
- Contest Entry Limitations
- Each Bride and Groom may submit a total of 3 Entries (1 entry bride tagging groom, 1 entry groom tag bride, and 1 tag for bridal party).
- Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.
- Prize
- One winner will receive a Bride and Groom Outfit valued at $5000 CAD. The prize will include Wedding Bridal dress and Groom’s Sherwani. (If the value is less than $5000 no cash back is applicable and is not transferable to other items).
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
- Winner Selection
- The winner will be chosen randomly from all valid entries received during the Contest Period.
- The drawing will take place on May 16, 2025.
- The winner will be notified via event attendance.
- If the winner is not present at the event. The prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
- Publicity
By entering the contest, the winner agrees to allow the Organizer to use their name, photograph, and/or likeness in connection with the contest and promotional materials without further compensation. - General Terms and Conditions
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time without prior notice, for any reason.
- The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues or failures related to entry submissions or notifications.
- The Organizer is not responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.
- Privacy
- Personal information provided by the entrants will be used solely for the purposes of the contest and will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the fulfillment of the prize or as required by law.
- Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding the contest, all decisions by the Organizer are final. By entering, participants forgo the right to dispute. - Sponsor Information
